A day at Près Neufs Farm, visiting the flower and vegetable grower behind Fulgurances L’Adresse and Fulgurances En Face, and lending a hand. A chance to slow down and cook a whole lamb a la estaca, the Argentine fire-roasting method, for the volunteers' lunch.
Sunday, June 11th was a day full of flavour and great encounters.
