Victoire Terrade is a documentary filmmaker and photographer working between Paris and London.

She makes films about real people (chefs, winemakers, artisans) and the gestures and places that shape their work. Her approach is observational: she stays close, follows the action as it unfolds and lets the story come from the people rather than from a script. The result is textured, intimate images that feel lived-in.

Before picking up a camera, she spent five years studying hospitality at Vatel and worked in restaurants abroad. That time inside kitchens and dining rooms still shapes the way she films: she knows the rhythm of a service, when to step in and when to disappear.

Alongside commissioned work for brands such as Miu Miu, Le Fooding and PMU, she took part in Sofia Coppola Short Film Award, her first fiction short, Still Warm, set in a London cricket club.

She works on projects from concept to final cut, handling direction, camera and editing, and is available worldwide.
